- Financial contributions made through the Cathedral’s website for group mass reservations are considered voluntary donations.
- They do not constitute in any case the purchase of a ticket, entry or the contracting of a commercial service, but rather a collaboration intended for the religious, pastoral and maintenance purposes of the Cathedral.
- Reservation and confirmation
- Reservations for group masses must be made using the enabled web form.
- The reservation will be effective once the donation has been made.
- Donation amount
- The suggested amount appears at the time of booking.
- Donations contribute to the maintenance of the Cathedral and the smooth running of liturgical celebrations.
- Modifications and cancellations
- In the event that due to force majeure or pastoral needs the group mass cannot be celebrated on the confirmed date or time, the Cathedral will offer an alternative to reschedule it.
- If the group is unable to attend, they must be notified in advance and the Cathedral will assess the possibility of rescheduling or refund.
- Data protection
- The personal data provided will be processed by the Chapter of the Cathedral of Barcelona for the purpose of managing the reservation and celebration of group masses.
- The data will not be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation.

Any conflict arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, without prejudice to the rights that correspond to the consumer according to current regulations.
- Review of conditions
The Cathedral reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The new conditions will be applicable from their publication on the website.
